Hi Production Team, we have received the buyer’s design for the new order. We need to develop samples exactly as per their specifications.

Could you please share the detailed specifications and reference samples?

Merchandiser:
Sure. The buyer requires 100% cotton fabric, 180 GSM, with Azo-free dye. Collar style, buttons, and stitching must match the attached design.

Understood. We will prepare the fit sample first and send it for approval.

Conversation: Maintaining Sample Approval Records
Merchandiser:
Hi Team, we need to maintain proper records for all sample approvals including lab dips, strike-offs, and size sets.
(Merchandiser: হাই টিম, আমাদের সব স্যাম্পল অনুমোদনের রেকর্ড যথাযথভাবে রাখতে হবে, যেমন ল্যাব ডিপ, স্ট্রাইক-অফ, সাইজ সেট ইত্যাদি।)
Assistant:
Sure. Should we record the buyer’s comments and approval dates as well?
